Hello, I'm Alex
I'm a wedding photographer based in beautiful south west England, dedicated to capturing authentic and candid moments.
My passion is creating documentary images that reflect the genuine emotions and essence of your special day, whether you're having an intimate elopement or you've invited the whole village.
I don't publicly showcase a huge portfolio of images on this site as they are kept private for each couple, but if you'd like to see more of my work, please reach out.
A bit more about me (if you wanted to know)
Born in south Wales and raised in south east England, I became a professional photographer in 2017 whilst I was living in New Zealand (if you're going to become a photographer, it may as well be there!)
My partner and I moved back to the UK in 2019 and we chose Cornwall to be our new permanent home because it reminded us of most of the things we loved about New Zealand, but in the same time zone as our friends and family.
Outside of shooting weddings I also work as a filmmaker, working on projects for some major brands and charities (if you'd like to see some more of that work, head to alexleat.com)
